Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the U.S, Canada, and internationally. Shipping is paid by the customer, with expedited options available. Free shipping on orders of $250+ applies to U.S orders only. Ground shipping is estimated to arrive within 10 days.

RETURNS

To start a return, please submit a return request by logging into your customer account.

U.S return shipping is free within 14 days. All Canada and international return fees will be charged to the customer. A restocking fee of 5% of the order total will be applied to all returns and will be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your items may take longer than expected.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

To process an exchange please fill out a request or email us directly at orders@ciebon.com. Alternatively, you may process a return and make a new order for the new item. We will ship out the new item once we receive the original, unworn or unused, with tags.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
